FloridaPolicePrep was founded by active law enforcement instructors with one goal in mind: to help the next generation of officers pass their academy exams and certification tests with confidence.
We’ve walked the same halls, taken the same state exams, and trained alongside the very people you’re preparing to serve with. This isn’t a generic test prep company, it’s a law enforcement-driven platform, built by certified federal, state, and municipal officers who know what matters most when you’re under pressure to pass.
Why We Started This Platform
Too many recruits struggle through their academy or EOT process because the study materials they’re given are outdated, incomplete, or overly complicated. We saw a gap, and we filled it.
FloridaPolicePrep gives you chapter-specific quizzes, mock SOCE exams, and scenario-based questions that mirror the real testing experience.
Everything is updated monthly. Everything is written by professionals who’ve trained cadets, run academies, or taken the exam themselves.
A Personal Message from the Founder
I created FloridaPolicePrep because I’ve lived the frustration of being ready to serve, but not having the right tools to pass the test.
After serving as a Marine Corps Military Police Officer and working in Federal Law Enforcement, I transitioned into local policing through the Equivalency of Training (EOT) process. That’s when I hit a wall. Despite my experience, I struggled with the academy chapter exams and the state certification test, not because I wasn’t prepared to serve, but because the study materials were outdated, confusing, and nothing like the real exam.
Most of what I found looked like it came from the 1990s, and none of it reflected the standards I encountered on the actual test. That’s when I realized something critical: federal or military experience doesn’t automatically translate to success in local law enforcement testing.
So I built FloridaPolicePrep, not just for myself, but for every recruit, crossover candidate, and agency applicant who deserves better.
I started this platform in Florida, because that’s where I landed , and where I’ve since helped hundreds of applicants pass their exams, many of them on their final attempt. But this isn’t just a Florida solution. The tools, structure, and methods on this platform are designed to help academy students in any state succeed.
